📢 TNPH OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT 2026

After careful planning, The Novar PH (TNPH) has officially updated both its Player Tryout and Staff/Volunteer Recruitment process.

🎮 Player Tryouts

Starting today, 5v5 tryout matches will no longer be required.

Instead, every applicant will be evaluated through our official TNPH Player Application Form, together with their MLBB profile, current season statistics, and gameplay videos. Our review will focus on gameplay quality, including rotations, decision-making, map awareness, and overall game sense.

This system allows us to review every applicant fairly while giving players the opportunity to showcase their individual skills without scheduling large tryout matches.

📋 Staff & Volunteer Applications

Applications are also open for those who wish to support TNPH behind the scenes. If you're interested in becoming part of our Page Team or Discord Team, you may apply through our official TNPH Staff & Volunteer Application Form. Applicants with little or no experience are welcome, as long as they are willing to learn, stay active, and work professionally.

⏳ Application Review: 24–48 Hours

All applications will be carefully reviewed, and only qualified applicants will proceed to the next stage.
